Refund policy

Syntra Care offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Opened and unopened products are both eligible.

How to request a refund

Email support@syntra-care.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days. You do not need to send the product back, so there are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
