Shipping policy

Free US shipping. All orders shipped within the United States ship free of charge.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships.

Delivery time

• United States: 3 to 7 business days after shipping, for a total of 4 to 9 business days from order to delivery.
• International: shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days or your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, email support@syntra-care.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
